I'm not buying any more yarn

but that doesn't mean you can't. Today is the big kick-off for A Stitch in Time's mid-year sale. I'm looking forward to seeing lots of my yarn-starved friends at this one. There are a few items that I have my eye on but if you want it just say so. Just remember, 50% off on selected yarns but you have to buy all we have of that color. And all the other yarns are 30% off but you only have to buy the amount you want.

I frittered most of yesterday away. After all, I'm retired. What else have I got to do? Lunch with a friend and a bit of yarn shopping, for her, not me. Then off to pick up my prescription at Kaiser. It wasn't ready. What's up with them? Back to Unraveled for the rest of the afternoon. Made a lot of progress on the Clapotis. Then out to dinner with the ladies. More Mexican and margaritas. All in all a nice fritter.

Our yarn sale isn't going too badly. There's one week left from today. We had some Sirdar Denim Tweed DK marked half price. I was looking at getting enough to make the Hoodlums each a Harry Potter Weasley sweater. Thank goodness people have been buying it, so there isn't enough left for me! I have more than enough in the closets already.

Hope your sale goes well, too! :)

It is so noble of you to step aside from the yarn sale to leave more for us! You've got 28 more days of June, we'll just see........

Not another sale to try and stay away from. This on is too close to the house. Could be really hard........
