A little after six in the morning. It's already hot and humid. But the sunrise was pretty.
No a/c yet. The old a/c is somehow wedged in it's casing and the guys couldn't get it out. They're coming back on Tuesday will some kind of pulley thing that will force it to come free. I hope they don't bring part of the wall down with it.

You took the picture? IT's amazing! Thank god the great heat is over around here. Still getting warm, but nowhere near 30 C anymore! Hope the A/C will work soon.
Murphy's Law at work again! I hope you have a good fan--I've been using two in the bedroom at night, one in the open window to hopefully suck in cooler air, and one to blow air around. It's not perfect, but it's a choice of that or moving to the downstairs bed where the mattress is stuffed with rocks. When we installed the a/c, we had a choice of using 2 units, one humongous unit (which would have required special permits) or 1 underpowered-for-the-size-of-the-house unit, which we could actually afford to turn on once in a while. We were much younger then and could handle the heat better!
